ACT Health engaged HMA–Capital Insight consortium to develop models of care (MoC) and Health Planning Unit (HPU) briefing documents to support the preliminary design phase of the Centenary Hospital for Women and Children, and Surgical Procedures and Interventional Radiology and Emergency Centre expansion projects.

The project was conducted in five stages. Key tasks for each project stage were as follows:

  • Stage 1: Project initiation and ongoing management
  • Stage 2: Environmental scan
  • Stage 3: MoC consultation and drafting
  • Stage 4: HPU briefing documents consultation and drafting
  • Stage 5: Finalisation of briefing documents

The project commenced in February 2018 and was completed in May 2018.
