HMA worked with Larter Consulting to develop submissions by Latrobe Community Health Service (LCHS) to the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) to undertake Local Area Coordination (LAC) and Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI) coordination roles. Within a six-week period, Larter Consulting and HMA prepared 12 LAC submissions and ten ECEI submissions for regional coordination roles in Queensland and Victoria.
LCHS was successful in its application to undertake additional LAC roles in several NDIA areas as a result of the submissions prepared by Larter Consulting and HMA.
The project was completed in December 2017.
