Kim joined HMA in 2024. She has extensive experience in managing and delivering projects across the health sector, including program evaluations, research studies, stakeholder consultations, options analysis, design and implementation of health programs, and strategic optimisation initiatives. This work has spanned a range of health areas, including public health, aged care, health service delivery, mental health, community health, private health, and management consulting.

Kim is skilled in stakeholder engagement, research and evaluation methods and analysis, evidence synthesis, reporting writing, and project management. She is passionate about using research evidence to improve stakeholder outcomes and inform policy, strategy and practice.

Kim has completed a Graduate Diploma in Psychology at the University of Melbourne, specialising in quantitative research methods and analysis.
