Millie joined HMA in September 2023.
Millie has extensive experience in the health sector, which has included management consulting, workforce management, education program delivery, and providing secretariat support to high-level committees.
Millie has experience working with a range of clients and project stakeholders including state and commonwealth governments, government agencies, non-government organisations, peak bodies, advocacy groups, and health and aged care providers. Millie’s skills within the management consulting sector include supporting stakeholder consultation with subject matter experts and providing high-level administrative support.
Prior to working with HMA, Millie led a team at Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS) to deliver five clinical skills training courses across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand for doctors training in surgery and other key specialties. She has also worked at Austin Health, Monash Health, and the Royal Children’s Hospital in Medical Workforce management roles.
