Josh Gordon
Senior Consultant
Josh joined HMA in 2021 as an associate consultant. Previously, Josh worked at the Society of Hospital Pharmacists of Australia as part of their Policy and Advocacy team. Here, Josh built a thorough understanding of the public policy and healthcare landscape within Australia. Josh has worked on various submissions to government agencies at a state and federal level, including the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) and Department of Health, regarding pharmacy and healthcare policy within Australia. Josh has also undertaken analysis of the work of pharmacists and the use of medicines at Australia’s hospitals.
Josh has completed his Bachelor of Science (BSc) and Masters of Public Health (MPH) at the University of Melbourne. During his Masters of Public Health, Josh focused on health economics and health program evaluation, completing his Masters thesis on an economic evaluation of hospital in the home treatment of paediatric patients.
