Senior Associate - Financial Analysis and Program Evaluation
Rick is an experienced public health executive and management consultant with diverse government and private sector leadership experience in health system strategy, performance optimisation, monitoring and evaluation and data insights. Rick was recently an executive director and deputy secretary in Victorian Government where he oversaw high-profile operational reform implementation, digital transformation, and performance monitoring and evaluation activities. Rick has worked with other State and Australian Government departments in various aspects of health and aged care sector planning, design, delivery and review. Before this, Rick spent over a decade leading evidence-driven health policy, strategy, economics, and large-scale review and evaluation engagements as a practice lead in Big4 consulting and contracting with the Boston Consulting Group. Rick’s work has led to a deep understanding of the Australian health and aged care system, funding and operational context.
